Verzendbeleid (English Version Below)

Bedankt voor je bestelling! Wij doen ons uiterste best om iedere bestelling zo snel mogelijk te verwerken en te verzenden. Hieronder vind je meer informatie over ons verzendproces.

Verwerking & Verzending

Bestellingen worden uitsluitend op werkdagen (maandag t/m vrijdag) verzonden. Bestellingen die worden geplaatst in het weekend of op feestdagen worden verwerkt op de eerstvolgende werkdag.

Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je een verzendbevestiging per e-mail met daarin je trackinggegevens.

Heb je binnen een redelijke termijn na het plaatsen van je bestelling geen tracking e-mail ontvangen? Neem dan gerust contact op met onze klantenservice.

Levertijden

De geschatte levertijden zijn:

· Nederland: 1–2 werkdagen

· België: 1–2 werkdagen

Voor internationale bestellingen zijn de levertijden afhankelijk van de lokale postbezorger en eventuele douaneprocedures in het land van bestemming. Omdat deze factoren buiten onze invloed liggen, raden wij aan de trackinglink in de verzendbevestiging te gebruiken voor de meest actuele informatie over je bestelling.

Houd er rekening mee dat alle genoemde levertijden indicatief zijn en kunnen afwijken door omstandigheden buiten onze controle.

Vertraagde of Vermiste Zendingen

Is de trackinginformatie al meerdere dagen niet bijgewerkt? Neem dan gerust contact met ons op via één van de onderstaande kanalen:

Wij nemen vervolgens contact op met de vervoerder om een onderzoek naar de zending te starten. Mocht blijken dat het pakket tijdens het transport verloren is gegaan, dan sturen wij kosteloos een vervangende bestelling naar je toe.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

If you have not received a tracking email within a reasonable time after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium: 1–2 business days

For international orders, delivery times depend on the local postal service and customs procedures in the destination country. Because these factors are outside of our control, we recommend using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email for the most up-to-date delivery information.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier. If the package is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
